He has successfully completed projects with reputed organisations and also many infrastructural projects for Maharashtra such as Pune-Shirur highway, bridges on Katraj - Dehu bypass road, Sangam bridge, Sangli bypass including Krishna bridge and many such across Maharashtra. Vinayak has won various awards in his corporate life.
